Get your monthly dose of wellness by coming to Dino Moves for Vagabond Outdoor Club's Wellness Hour! Where you will get to experience sound healings, learn breath work, participate in guided meditations and yoga practices, receive reiki and more. Each class will contain a special guest to teach a specific practice. Held for one hour out of Dino Moves Gym at 7pm. 

Wellness Hour has a $10 suggested donation.

Families are encouraged.
